using the service
§1what you can do+
You may use whittly for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. All browser-based tools
are free to use without an account. You may self-host the open-source frontend for your
own use.
§2what you cannot do+
You may not: attempt to overload or attack the service; reverse-engineer the proprietary
API backend; use the service to process data in violation of applicable law; resell access
to the API without permission; create accounts by automated means (bots).
§3accounts+
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
You must provide a valid email address. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that
violate these terms.
pro plan
§4billing+
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown on the
pricing page and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with
30 days notice to existing subscribers via email.
§5cancellation+
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan
remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued
for unused time on monthly plans.
§6refunds+
Refunds are available in the following cases:

The service was unavailable due to our fault for more than 72 consecutive hours in a
paid period.
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment system error.

Annual plan cancelled within 7 days of initial payment and the Pro features were not
used.
To request a refund, email support@whittly.dev
with your account email, payment date, amount, and reason. We review requests within 10 calendar
days and process approved refunds within 10 calendar days to the original payment method.
§7API rate limits+
API access is subject to rate limits as described on the pricing page. We reserve the
right to throttle or suspend API access for accounts that significantly exceed stated
limits or negatively impact service availability for other users.
liability & warranty
§8disclaimer+
whittly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee
uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from
your use of the service. The maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12
months prior to the claim.
§9changes to terms+
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via
email for account holders. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes
acceptance of the new terms.
